Before his win:
Hope all’s good! Giro is great this year, eh?
Sandy these supplements, what is in them?! Seriously, something is happening. I am skeptical about all this stuff and expected little tbh but then I went out yesterday after a pretty hard week and did hill repeats til it got dark. Eight 2.5 km climbs at an average of 9% at near full speed and this morning feel fine.
Very impressed. I will write up the review when I finish the course. Been taking them only 5 days!
Thanks Vaughn too for the introduction! The best supplement I have tried.

After his win:
Lee here. I won my first event on Sunday using your product! A 20km hill climb mass start, I attacked after 2km and thought I was going to blow-up, but no such worries – powered to the line in the big ring all the way, crazy… there’s no doubt that I am fitter than I have ever been right now but I will categorically state that these little pills are making a difference.
Cold Spring in Sweden

Here in Sweden the weather is awful. I cant remember a colder spring than this one. Here in the southern part we dont have more than 8-9 celcius but in the north they have 25C!!! Its crazy! Two weeks ago I won and ran a PB in a very hilly 10km run race. Just hours before I had done some hard work on the spinning bike and this was just a training session for me, so I am very happy to run 10km at 36.09 under those conditions.

Season is almost done locally. I have 3 points left to get my category upgrade. Could not have done it without your stuff.

You would think that training on an island in Spain by the Mediterranean Sea would be idyllic. It was for Heidi Jesberger this past month even as she endured a downpour on Mallorca (or Majorca). Nothing slows Heidi down! Training must go on!

Camilla Lindholm from Sweden wins the 2010 European Duathlon Championship.
The competition went really well and I won by almost 5min. I am very happy and I felt strong all the way. Today I am not as sore as I use to be after a duathlon like this and I even plan to train today.
