PRODUCT INFORMATION
Extreme Endurance is a revolutionary athletic performance formula created by athletes for athletes. This formula has a Published, Gold-Standard, third party, double-blind, placebo-controlled, crossover study backing up claims of 15% reduction in lactic acid and a double digit increase in aerobic threshold. Many companies make claims on individual ingredients but Extreme Endurance has a published study on the formula itself.
Each batch of Extreme Endurance is tested to ensure that it is not contaminated with banned substances to provide additional reassurance for elite athletes.

Why is this important?

As an athlete you already know the harder you exercise and compete, the more acid builds up in your muscles. Both your blood and muscle pH goes down into the dreaded acid zone. The increased use of muscle glycogen for energy produces lactic and pyruvic acid. Acidity reduces muscle power and reduces physical and mental endurance. You, your trainers and your coaches refer to this as lactic acid buildup or lactic acid fatigue. On the practice and playing field, it is also called “hitting the wall” or having the “bear jump on your back”. It’s simple. The harder you compete, the quicker you Go Acid! The Athlete who “Goes Acid” last, wins the competition.

Intramuscular acidosis, is when your muscles have too much excess acid. This condition is caused by the production of H+ (Hydrogen ions) which is part of the energy released from the breakdown of glucose. As your muscles “go acid”, this creates fatigue and muscle burn, which you feel during intense exercise. The Extreme Endurance formula and physical chemistry of its 9 ingredients not only assures you that it will buffer production of H+ (Hydrogen ions) and help prevent the acid buildup in your muscles, but it has also been clinically proven to increase aerobic threshold so you can work harder for a longer period of time.

THE IMPACT OF BODY ACID
Every athlete should know about proper pH balance. PH balance is critical to top athletic performance. PH is measured on a 14 point scale. The lower pH value range, such as stomach acid could average between 1.0 to 3.0. A pH value of 7 is neutral. The arterial blood pH value of a healthy human ranges around 7.35 to 7.45, which is slightly alkaline. As our body uses fuel and metabolizes food, we produce acid waste which is part of the process of energy release from the breakdown of glucose. The body has numerous ways to remove this acid waste or try to neutralize this acid buildup. Our kidneys filter blood and excrete acids through urine. Our lungs release carbon dioxide and we sweat acids out of our skin. We also have built in acid buffers to help neutralize pH imbalances like calcium, hemoglobin and phosphorous to name a few.

Your body’s acid concentration increases as you produce lactic acid. Lactic acid is split into Lactate (Lactate ions) and Hydrogen ions. H+ (Hydrogen ions) is the acid in Lactic acid. Lactate is good and is an extremely fast fuel that is preferred by the heart and muscles during exercise. Lactate is vital for ensuring that your body gets a steady supply of carbohydrates. H+ (Hydrogen ions), the other half of Lactic Acid is not good, especially when the acid concentration exceeds the body’s ability to no longer neutralize or flush the waste from your body.

Clinical Study Proving Effectiveness of Extreme Endurance
A Gold-Standard, *third party, double-blind, placebo controlled, cross over study, was conducted on Extreme Endurance whereby twenty-two (22) elite athletes were given baseline tests. Each athlete was given dosage protocol and either product A or product B. When the final test results were completed, the 22 athletes showed an average lactic acid reduction of 15% and an increase of aerobic threshold by double digits. All athletes reported less muscle burn and faster recovery with less muscle soreness.
*(third party testing means that Lifespan International, the parent company of Extreme Endurance, had no knowledge of what testing facility would be used and did not choose the testing facility)

This clinical study was published in the Clinical Journal of the European Society for Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism, (vol 5, supplement 1, 2010) and presented at the March 13, 2010, 6th Annual Conference of the EU Nutraceutical Association. – And our testing continues on athletes at Corpus Diagnostik in Hilpoltstein, Germany.

Jürgen Sessner, the lead researcher at Corpus Diagnostik has done over 7,000 Step Tests, (we call them VO2 Max tests in the US) in the last decade and has been testing athletes for 13 years including 3 Hawaii Ironman Champions. He has held over 60 training camps for triathletes and his main one in the last few years has been in Lanzarote, Canary Islands.

Stay Healthy and Keep Training with Immune Boost.

I talked to my doctor about the vitamin supplement that I take daily, in order to make sure I was not getting too much or too little of any important nutrient. He confirmed that my Extreme Immune Boost multi vitamin was perfect. It is chocked full of antioxidants and covers a balance of everything else I need. I also have peace of mind in knowing Extreme Endurance tests all their products to ensure no banned substances end up in them. -http://charisawernick.blogspot.com/2012/03/triathlon-3-sports-other-stuff.html

Whether prepping or completing a marathon, competing in a Triathlon, or doing extended workouts of any intensity, all of these can stress out your immune system enough to make you ill.

In fact, research suggests that marathoners are six times more likely to become ill following their 26-mile races than the average person in the street.

Instead of fumbling around in your cupboard through endless bottles of supplements in your health regimen, wouldn’t it be nice to have one complete nutrition product in one bottle? How about taking just 3 soft capsules, twice a day, instead of lining up bottle after bottle and taking a handful of hard compressed vitamin and mineral hard rock tablets? Think about the money you would save. Having one powerful formula in one bottle, Extreme Immune Boost is your nutrition store and immune booster in a bottle.

Extreme Endurance reviewed in LAVA Magazine

Two products that deliver what they promise
Posted on March 9, 2012 by Jennifer Ward Barber

There are a lot of supplements out there. Ones to improve concentration, lower cholesterol, enhance libido—I’m surprised there isn’t one out there to make doing your taxes easier.

That said, I’ve been trying out a few supplements lately due to a pretty heavy increase in training volume and intensity, and so I’d like to highlight a few that I’ve really been impressed with. I’m not a nutritionist, herbalist, physician, or even a foodie, but when something I ingest really makes a difference in my health and performance, I’ll tell everyone I know about it.

Extreme Endurance: $39.95 for a bottle of 180 tablets

The benefits of magnesium are well documented: it aids digestion, improves sleep quality, decreases lactic-acid build up and improves recovery. Extreme Endurance offers a healthy dosage of magnesium, along with a slew of enzymes, electrolytes, and antioxidants that the company claims reduces lactic acid buildup by as much as 15 percent. This translates to less muscle soreness, improved recovery, and therefore a better performance come race day.

I started taking Extreme Endurance back in September while I was training for a fall century ride. What I immediately noticed was the fact that I was falling asleep within minutes of putting my head to my pillow. On the first of several 80-plus mile rides, I typically started to feel the burn around mile 60, but after a month of taking six tablets a day, my fatigue level was dramatically reduced.

As per the product instructions, I increased my dosage in the week leading up to a race, and during my rest month in December I decreased down to only three tablets a day. After a November race that involved international travel, I felt more rested and recovered after competition than ever before. I’ve since gone through about three bottles of this product, and I don’t plan on giving it up anytime soon.

TESTED FOR BANNED SUBSTANCES
Extreme Endurance is tested by the largest sports lab in the world. HFL is located in the UK and its testing of Extreme Endurance is done using gaschromatography with mass spectrometric detection (GCMS) and liquid chromatography with mass spectrometric detection (LCMS). In layman’s terms, – if you put one drop of a banned substance in an olympic size swimming pool, this testing would find it. It is costly, but we have many pros who can not afford to have their tests come up positive. HFL’s newest testing programs for athletes are called Informed Choice (US) and Informed Sports (EU).

To summarize, there is not another product in the world that has a Gold-Standard, third party, clinical study, that has been published, and has been tested drug-free.
