Since I started taking extreme endurance tablets in Sept. 2011, I have participated in three 1/2 marathons and one full marathon ( Oct-Nov.) Following all four of the races I had very little to no muscle soreness the next day. Very much unlike what I would normally experience before I discovered Extreme Endurance. My half marathon times were similar to what I was able to accomplish when I was five years younger! In fact, I was able to finish first in my age group for all four races ( 70-74 ). Cudos to the product developers. Thanks again. Tom Reich, St. Louis, Mo. Age 70.
