Happy Pi Day!

Who doesn’t love a good old fashioned apple pie. It brings back childhood memories and one of my favorite comfort food desserts. Unfortunately my waist line does not love pie as much as I do! In honor of Pi Day I want to share one of my favorite Apple Pie Protein Smoothie recipes! It is a great healthy dessert to satisfy my craving but not do too much damage :) Try it our and share your end product on instagram and use #xendurance!

RECIPE!

  • 1 scoop of Xendurance Vanilla Protein Powder

  • 1 sliced, cored Apple

  • 2 tbsp Almonds

  • 1/4 cup uncooked Oats

  • 1 cup Spinach

  • 6 ounces Vanilla Yogurt

  • Cinnamon to taste

  • 6 ounces Water

  • Ice

  • Blend & Enjoy
