With 20 minutes to accumulate as many reps as possible in:
25-foot overhead walking lunges (95lb. / 65lb., 1 rep per every 5 feet),
25-foot overhead walking lunges, and
8 chest-to-bar pullups.
Josh achieved a score of 365, and that means he did 14 full rounds, plus another five feet of lunges. For those doing the math at home, that puts Josh's rounds at around 85 seconds per round!
