Who doesn’t love a good old fashioned apple pie. It brings back childhood memories and one of my favorite comfort food desserts. Unfortunately my waist line does not love pie as much as I do! In honor of Pi Day I want to share one of my favorite Apple Pie Protein Smoothie recipes! 1 scoop of Xendurance Vanilla Protein Powder
1 sliced, cored Apple
2 tbsp Almonds
1/4 cup uncooked Oats
1 cup Spinach
6 ounces Vanilla Yogurt
Cinnamon to taste
6 ounces Water
Ice
