What Is The Best Way To Take Xendurance Protein And With How Much Liquid?

Both flavors of Protein; Chocolate and Vanilla, can be taken pre or post-workout. Take 1 Scoop + 4-6 oz of Liquid pre or post so the amount of liquid provides a less filling feeling for your activity. Some prefer mixing Protein with more liquid and then adding in Fuel-5 or Fuel-5+ for endurance.

What Is Lactate And Why Is It Added To The Xendurance Proteins?

If you exercise or exert your body in anyway - you require energy. Approximately 1/3 of your total carbohydrate energy is from lactate, the rest is from blood glucose and muscle glycogen. Lactate is the body’s preferred fuel over glucose. Your body will use lactate first. The more lactate you use during exercise, the less muscle glycogen you have to use, which means your glycogen stores will last longer and this equates to more energy. Best Vanilla Protein Powder

I’m not new to protein powders. I’ve been using protein powders for 20 years and Xendurance Vanilla is my favorite. The profile is almost a chai vanilla flavor and I’m obsessed. It mixes great just in water, in smoothies, oatmeal or anything really.
