Why not get a workout in! Led by Sarah Whipple, developer of the workout guide for the XND Wellness Challenge.
Sarah is both an accomplished athlete and trainer located right here in the Valley. Sarah will be joined by other professional athletes during each of her training session.

A little bit about Sarah….

  • Born & Raised Arizonian

  • NASM-CPT Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor

  • Coached Cross Country at Clark College in Vancouver, WA (2014)

  • Top Ten Finalist & All-American in 1500m - NCAA National Championship (2014)

  • Oregon Cross Country Team Captain (2013)

  • Led the Oregon Cross Country Team to the Pac-12 Championship (October 2012)

  • Named one of Arizona's Top High School Distance Runners (2009)

XND Workout FAQ

  1. What should I bring?

    • We recommend coming prepared to sweat! The workout will be broken down into stations with cardio and body weight movements. All exercises can be scaled up and down for everyone no matter where they are in their journey! Bring comfortable sneakers, workout apparel and water to stay hydrated! Please make sure you have photo I.D as well.

  2. Can I come early?

    • We recommend showing up 10 minutes before the workout starts.

  3. How long is the workout?

    • The workout will last no longer than 45 minutes.
