RECIPE: How to Make High Protein Pancakes
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 - 1 1/2 cups coconut milk
2 eggs
1 scoop of Xendurance Protein
2 tablespoons coconut oil
DIRECTIONS: Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Whisk together. Slowly whisk egg first, then slowly add your coconut milk. Combine until thick and smooth. Mixture should not be runny, should be thick or "nappe".
