Xendurance Subscribe & Save Terms and Conditions

These Subscribe & Save Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are between you and Xendurance LLC. and govern our respective rights and obligations. 

Your use of the Xendurance website is governed by these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, as well as other applicable terms, requirements, limitations, and conditions that may change over time on the Xendurance website. If you sign up for Subscribe & Save, you accept all Terms, conditions, requirements, and limitations.

Xendurance Subscribe & Save Benefits

The Subscribe & Save discount is 10% off the MSRP of certain products when choosing a recurring and re-billing frequency. When you Subscribe & Save you are agreeing to repeat deliveries of the product selected. 

Applicable taxes and normal shipping rates and rules apply to all Subscribe and Save orders. Xendurance will attempt to honor your preferred shipping method for your Subscribe and Save orders, but as necessary, Xendurance reserves the right to process your orders using the next most economical shipping method. 

Subscribe & Save Cancellation

Your Subscribe & Save order will continue until you cancel. You may cancel at any time. Your order confirmation emails contain links to your order for modification or cancellation. You can manage your Subscribe and Save from the link or you can contact info@xendurance.com and management of your account will be serviced by our customer service.

UNLESS YOU NOTIFY US BEFORE YOUR RENEWAL DATE THAT YOU WANT TO CANCEL, YOU UNDERSTAND AND ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR SUBSCRIBE And SAVE WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW, AND YOU AUTHORIZE US (WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU, UNLESS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW) TO COLLECT THE THEN-APPLICABLE SUBSCRIBE And SAVE FEES, INCLUDING ANY APPLICABLE TAXES AND SHIPPING FEES, USING ANY SAVED PAYMENT METHOD WE HAVE ON RECORD FOR YOU.

Subscribe And Save Agreement Changes

We may, in our sole discretion, change these Terms at any time. Customers with an active Subscribe & Save will be notified via email at their Subscribe & Save account email address of any changes to these Terms.

Subscribe & Save Returns

All returns of Subscribe & Save are subject to the Xendurance Refund Policy.
