How It Works?
This is a one-week long, self guided challenge. Simply purchase Extreme Endurance, follow our recommended workouts and reap the benefits.

Day 1
Complete baseline workout of your choice from the Recommend Workouts below. Make sure to record your results based on the workout chosen. We recommend also recording how you feel during and after the workout.
Day 2 - 7
Start taking Extreme Endurance; 3 tablets in the morning and 3 tablets at night. Do not skip days! Even if you are not working on that day, it is important to continue taking Extreme Endurance to see the benefits.
Day 8
Retest the same workout done on Day 1 of the challenge. Make sure to record your results based on the workout chosen. We recommend also recording how you feel during and after the workout.
