This membership has been a life saver for me. I order a lot! The free shipping and 25% discount really come in handy- saving my literally hundreds of dollars a year!

You will have to engage multiple times to cancel this. Also, my 'rewards' that built up to 2 x $50 giftcards have to be used on orders of $125...each. No where does it tell you that in the fine print, because there is none. I am sad to see what a poor customer service experience this has become over the past year. Truly dropped off.

Why can't there just be a button to cancel the subscription? It's an obvious way to make cancellation harder, so people will forget and not cancel. If you fix this, you will get more stars from me.

I paid for the membership and nothing happened — they took my money and I received no service in return. The automatic renewal can’t be cancelled on my end, and customer service was extremely dismissive when I asked for help. Please be aware and don’t let yourself get taken advantage of.

To cancel your membership subscription renewal you need to contact support. On cancellation they also fully cancel your prepaid subscription with no refund, which is ridiculous.
This, few invisible buttons in the personal account and fully empty refunds ‘n’ returns page (https://xendurance.com/pages/refunds-exchanges) should make you worry of the product. Their 100 money guarantee is a trick, as most if the price comes from subscription- which again is prepaid, canceled immediately and not propagated(as tgey rake value from you)

By the way there is no way to put 0 stars, but they show you that no one put 0 stars! User experience sucks
