David Fults has found tremendous success preparing nutrient-rich meals for NFL players, who have vast dietary needs. Meticulously balancing flavors with high-protein, low-fat ingredients, David creates dishes that are as delicious as they are nutritious. Xendurance has been lucky enough to taste many of his nutritious creations and we asked this gourmet, NFL Chef to PLEASE pass along some of his recipes. Here they are so enjoy!
FOCUS Tea:
Equipment:
French Press
Coffee Liter
Pot and Strainer
Ingredients:
1 Scoop of Focus (any flavor of your choosing)
2 Cups Blood Orange Tea
1 Mint Sprig
Honey to Taste
Methods:
In the desired method of choice, add all dry ingredients to the operated equipment. Let them steep for 5 minutes, strain, add a pinch of lemon or add ice for a refreshing summer drink. Keeps you healthy and Focused!
XND Waffles:
Ingredients:
3 Eggs
1 Cup Cream
2 Scoops Xendurance Collagen & Greens
2 Cups Waffle Mix (season to taste)
Methods:
In a medium mixing bowl add wet ingredients, then add dry. I like to keep my batter chunky. This will give your waffles or pancakes fluff!
XND Pancakes:
Ingredients:
2 Eggs
1.5 Cups Cream
2 Scoops Xendurance Collagen & Greens
2 Cups Pancake/Waffle mix
*The mixture makes about 5 pancakes for a Pro-Bowler!
Methods:
In a bowl add eggs, cream, and Xendurance Collagen & Greens. Mix completely. Add dry ingredients. The mixture should be thick as well as green.
Prepare:
In a saucepan, add a chunk of butter. Let melt and add batter. There needs to be a lot of bubbles before flipping. Let the butter brown and crisp up the edges and serve your team!
