Deep Sleep

I’ve been taking Deep Sleep since it’s been released. I enjoy a much deeper sleep and don’t wake up drowsy. If I do wake up during the night, I’m able to drift back to sleep soon after.

It does help witrh sleeping. taking a half hour before going to bed does increase efficacy of pills.

Sleep Peeing

My fiance started taking these and i noticed he was talking in his sleep more. Not a big deal, till one night he got lost in our room. He woke me up yelling because he didn't know where he was. Then another night when I was getting into bed after he fell asleep he was yelling about the lights being on, when it was pitch black in our room. The final straw was me waking up to what sounded like someone pouring a bucket of water on the floor next to our bed. Or like heavy rain.
It was my fiance.... peeing on the carpet.... in our room..... he thought he was in the bathroom. 🤣 he stopped taking it after that.. so I would just monitor the possible sleep walking and strange night behavior with this one.
