Calms the Racing Mind

I’ve struggled to get a good night’s sleep for the past 10 years. I would get 4 1/2 - 5 hours every night. My mind would race through the events of the day as soon as my head hit the pillow. But taking this 30 minute before bed has calmed my mind and let’s me fall asleep peacefully. I can now get 6+ hours of sleep, I know still not the best, but it’s an improvement in sleep quality that is tangible, and is definitely noticeable through the day.

Great supplement for sleep

Been taking this for about 2-3 weeks now. I can definitely tell I get better and more sound sleep at night. I felt pretty groggy the first week taking it but haven’t noticed it since. It’s a great supplement to help with sleep

Ugh, I really wanted this to work!

Ugh, I really wanted this to work! I've struggled with sleep for years. I've been very happy with all the products I've tried from xendurance, so I gave theor sleep supplement a try. I took it for 2 weeks. I didn't experience better sleep, but after the 2 weeks, I noticed I felt like a zombie, slow, tired, foggy. I stopped using this one, and now I'm back to my usual "meh" sleep, but at least I don't feel like a zombie!

Update- Works Good

Update: I initially gave a lower review, but after lowering the dose and only taking one pill, it actually helped me fall asleep, get rest and the vivid dreams were minimized. If you experienced something similar, I’d recommend starting with one pill and gradually increasing to two if needed.

Racing heart

Hello,
Has anyone else experienced a racing heart with this? That definitely happened to me, along with very vivid dreams. I took it for a few days to see if it might just be my own anxiety, but each time I took it, I noticed the same racing heart, which honestly freaked me out a bit.
It was effective in helping me fall asleep and stay asleep, but I wasn’t expecting the morning grogginess either. I’ve been taking ZzzQuil, which does help, but I was hoping this would be a better option since I start fasting around 7pm, and taking ZzzQuil later in the night would technically break my fast.
Just wanted to see if others had a similar experience.

So far other supplements from XEndurance have worked amazingly great but this one is a no go for me.

Didn't work (for me)

I used several days but didn't work, no difference in my sleeping.

Supports a consistent and full sleep cycle

I have been taking for about 2 months. After about 10 days of taking it I swear I felt like my circadian rhythm and sleep cycle got more consistent. I have had terrible sleep habits and sleep quality for most of my life and I have had some of the best and most consistent sleep the last month or so. I also feel more awake and alert during the day. I’m not saying this is a full fix for sleep issues but I can definitely feel a difference.
