There are four carbohydrate fuel sources & lactate. Carbohydrate foods are identified as having a significant impact on fuel for your muscles during exercise. If the body doesn’t have enough carbohydrates, protein is broken down to make glucose for energy.

Is The Consistency Of Fuel-5 Affected By The Organic Sweet Potato?

The consistency of Fuel-5 is very light, smooth and refreshing. This product was made for endurance runs, long bike rides and any activity that requires quick, mid and extended energy. It powers you up and does not have that energy drop you experience with many other performance products.

I’ve tried a lot of different brands at Nutrition and Vitamin shops and was skeptical about trying a subscription based product.
