Frequently Asked Questions

What is PeptiStrong®?

PeptiStrong® is an innovative, plant based, AI-powered peptide, sourced from fava beans, these peptides are identified using state-of-the-art machine learning research to harness muscle-boosting benefits for workout and performance supplements.*

What benefits does HMB provide?

HMB (beta-hydroxy beta-methylbutyrate), a compound your body naturally forms by metabolizing leucine, offers impressive benefits as a supplement, particularly for supporting muscle health. Research highlights its ability to enhance muscle growth, especially in untrained individuals and older adults starting resistance training, while also reducing muscle breakdown in various scenarios, like during intense exercise or aging.

Additionally, HMB can boost exercise performance, making it a valuable tool for those looking to preserve or build muscle mass. Though its effects may vary based on training status and protein intake, it shines as a support for minimizing loss and promoting gains in specific groups, contributing to stronger, more resilient muscles.*

What are the benefits of taking L-Glutamine?

L-Glutamine, an amino acid naturally present in your body (not formed from leucine, unlike HMB), supports muscle repair, gut health, and immunity. L-Glutamine boosts gastrointestinal wellness, enhances gut barrier function, and speeds recovery from surgery, injury, or intense workouts by restoring glutamine levels depleted during physical stress.

It’s especially beneficial for athletes, those healing, or anyone aiming to maintain a healthy stomach lining and immune system.*

Can you combine Strength-5 with additional Xendurance supplements?

Strength-5 is designed to pair seamlessly with other Xendurance products, enhancing your fitness routine with synergistic benefits. It works hand-in-hand with Creatine-JB, as both boost muscle strength through complementary mechanisms—Strength-5 fuels power and endurance, while Creatine-JB amplifies energy and growth.

Its flavor profile and fine powder blend effortlessly with Hydro, Fuel-5, Fuel-5+, and Xendurance Proteins. Simply toss a scoop of Strength-5 and, say, Creatine-JB into your shaker, add your preferred amount of water, and shake for a smooth, tasty mix—crafted to integrate perfectly with these powders for maximum impact.*

How should you take Strength-5 for maximum results?

For maximum results, mix one scoop into 8-16 ounces of water or blend it with your go-to powdered supplement—think Creatine-JB or any Xendurance formula like Hydro or Fuel-5. Its light, refreshing flavor makes it a breeze to enjoy before, during, or after your workout.

Just shake it up, and you’re ready to power through or recover strong—it’s that simple and versatile!*

Does Strength-5 avoid the bitter taste typical of amino acid formulas?

Strength-5’s lemon-lime flavor delivers a crisp, refreshing burst that stands in stark contrast to the harsh, bitter taste of typical amino acid blends.

While most amino mixes leave an unpleasant aftertaste, this zesty, light profile feels invigorating and smooth, making it a welcome relief whether you’re powering through a workout or recharging after one.*

What are the benefits of each amino acid in Strength-5?

L-Tryptophan: Fuels the creation of vital neurotransmitters and hormones like serotonin and melatonin, enhancing mood balance and promoting restful sleep.*
L-Lysine: Crucial for avoiding niacin (Vitamin B) deficiencies and accelerating connective tissue recovery when levels drop.*
L-Methionine: Delivers sulfur and essential compounds to optimize metabolism and foster robust growth.*
L-Valine: Drives muscle performance, supports tissue repair, and keeps nitrogen levels steady in the body.*
L-Leucine: Ignites muscle protein synthesis and acts as a key energy driver for tissue building and repair.*
L-Isoleucine: Essential for regulating blood sugar, aiding muscle repair and growth, and sustaining energy.*
L-Threonine: Vital for antibody formation, strengthening immunity, and converting into glycine and serine as required.*
L-Phenylalanine: Sparks the production of hormones and neurotransmitters critical for top-notch nervous system function.*
L-Histidine: Supports tissue development and repair, forming proteins while maintaining muscle and nerve health, and producing histamine to aid immunity and digestion.*

GOOD HEAVENS this stuff is LEGIT! And taste - I can't get enough! I used to have MAJOR issues with getting light headed, dehydrated, dizzy, I even passed out a few times in class but since I started making this before class and supplementing also with XEndurance, I have had ZERO issues! I can even go longer and harder with NO problems! WAY better than LMNT, Hoist or others I have tried. Why buy something that only helps with hydration when you can get 5 benefits in one with Strength! In the pic - heat index was over 100 degrees that day - southern Louisiana humidity can kill a workout but not me, had Strength before class :)

Honestly, this is my favorite product

It’s disgusting. I gag every time I drink it. And the texture is awful.

Top notch, just like everything from xendurance!

Like all the products I've tried from xendurance, my biggest takeaway is it is "clean". I don't feel like I'm drinking from a chemistry set!

Lemon Lime was the worst flavor option possible. The formulation though, top notch! I use this post lift and long rides. I definitely feel recovered day to day. Will buy again if they change the flavor options.
