Can I Take Creatine-JB With Caffeine?

A study in Belgium showed that creatine supplementation elevated muscle phosopcreatine concentration and markedly improved performance during intense intermittent exercise. This ergonomic effect, however, was completely eliminated by caffeine intake.

Some studies show no effect on combining creatine and caffeine, even though caffeine is a diuretic and you are encouraged to drink plenty of water when consuming creatine.

Xendurance takes the position to err on the side of caution. Why risk the possibility that your creatine is diminished in any way by caffeine? Do your best to take your cup of coffee an hour or more from the time you take your Creatine-JB.

How Much Creatine Do I Need To Consume For Maximum Benefits?

Although creatine is essential to life, researchers have not yet been able to say exactly how much of it the body needs to remain healthy. Everyone probably has their own requirements, so for example a person who has a demanding training regime and eats little meat may need more creatine than someone who undertakes only moderate activity and eats a considerable amount of meat.

Taking creatine monohydrate as a dietary supplement is known to boost creatinine levels in the body. We can certainly say that creatine supplementation in moderate quantities has proven benefits.

The European Food Safety Authority says that creatine monohydrate is safe if taken at 3 grams per day.
In the USA, an expert panel concluded that an intake of up to 5 grams per day does not pose a risk to consumers.

When Should I Take Creatine-JB?

One of the most frequent questions about creatine products is how and when to load dose. Surprise! There is no load dosing required with Creapure® Creatine because of the purity.

Creapure® Creatine recommends taking up to 5 grams per day with your favorite beverage or pre-workout. Getting enough water with your creatine is important! Do Women Gain Weight When Using Creatine-JB?

Many women question taking creatine because of the rumors surrounding water retention and weight gain. That is the number one concern amongst many. Research actually shows that men tend to experience more water retention than women!

Women may experience some weight gain with creatine, but much of it is actually muscle gain when new to weight lifting or working out in a gym or with a trainer.

Creatine will make you feel stronger by increasing the blood flow to your muscles – and increased workout intensity inevitably leads to the increased muscle mass. It is important to remember that it is very difficult for women to build muscle as women don’t have enough testosterone to naturally accomplish a ‘hulk-like’ physique. Rather than bulking up, this extra muscle mass allows for a leaner physique, which will also boost your metabolism.
Creatine has also been shown to reduce fatigue, benefit endurance, increase strength and power during resistance training and improve recovery so these are all good reasons to give it a try!

Amazing Products with Amazing results

I am 63 years old and still very competitive in most things I do especially physical sports and events. For the past 40 years I alway knew and thought that after my 6 or higher day workouts that I would be soar and torn up. XEndurance has elimitated that with there products and made me faster and stronger even with my age. I also have Barretts syndrom which is Gurd and up to this time have had issues with pre work out, during work out and post work out products wreaking havoc on my stomach.
