Indiana Privacy Policy

Last Updated: April 30, 2026

This addendum delivers extra guidance for people residing in Indiana in line with the Indiana Consumer Privacy Act (INCDPA). All words and phrases in this segment carry the interpretations outlined in the INCDPA. It omits details not classified as "personal data," such as anonymized, compiled, or openly accessible material as specified under the INCDPA.

Data Handling and Targeted Advertising

We use certain personal data — including Personal Identifiers, Internet Activity, Commercial Information, and Location Information — for targeted advertising purposes as defined under the INCDPA. This helps us deliver advertisements that are more relevant to your interests.

You may opt out of this use of your data here.

We do not receive any monetary compensation in exchange for your personal data and therefore do not sell your data as defined by the INCDPA.

Profiling

We do not profile consumers in connection with decisions that would produce legal or similarly significant effects.

INCDPA Rights

Your rights under the INCDPA are outlined below. To submit a privacy request, click here.

Right to Access

You have the right to request confirmation of whether we are processing your personal data and to access that information. You may also ask for a copy of your personal data in a portable, machine-readable format that enables you to transmit it to another service provider.

If you submit an access request more than once within any 12-month period, or if we reasonably determine that your request is unfounded or excessive, we may charge a reasonable fee to cover the administrative costs of responding.

Right to Delete

You have the right to request that we delete the personal data we have collected about you. When we receive a valid deletion request, we will permanently remove that data from our records and instruct our service providers to do the same.

However, we may retain your personal data in certain situations where retention is permitted or required by law. Any data we keep under these exceptions will only be used for the specific purposes allowed and will not be processed for any other reasons.

Right to Non-Discrimination

If you exercise any of your INCDPA privacy rights, we will not discriminate against you. This means we will not, for example, charge you a different price or provide a different level or quality of products or services.

We also will not retaliate against you as an employee, job applicant, or independent contractor for exercising your privacy rights.

Right to Correct

You have the right to correct inaccuracies in your personal data, taking into account the nature of the data and our purposes for processing it.

Right to Opt-Out

Personal Data:
We do not sell your personal data, as defined by the INCDPA.

Targeted Advertising:
Exercise your right to opt-out
.

Profiling:

Consumers are not profiled in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similar notable effects.

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit an Opt-Out Request on your behalf.

This can be done through technologies such as a web link, browser setting, or global device settings. We will honor such requests when we are able to verify the agent’s authorization.

Opt-Out Preference Signals

Your browser may let you automatically send an opt-out preference signal (such as the Global Privacy Control or GPC signal) to websites you visit.

When we detect such a signal, we will set the Global Privacy Platform privacy string in your browser. This tells any third parties who honor the signal not to track your activity on our website.

The opt-out will apply only to your browser identifier and will not be connected to any account information, since we are unable to link your browser to a specific account.

GPC is supported by select internet browsers and browser extensions. Learn how to enable GPC.

Verifying Your Identity

After we receive your request, we will confirm your identity by comparing the details you provide with the information we have on file.

If we cannot verify your identity, we may ask for additional information. If you are unable to provide that information, or if we cannot authenticate your identity using commercially reasonable efforts, we may deny the request.

Identity verification is not required for a Request to Opt-Out. However, we may deny an Opt-Out request if we have a good-faith, reasonable, and documented belief that it is fraudulent.

Right to Appeal

If we decline to take action in response to any of your privacy requests, you have the right to appeal that decision within a reasonable amount of time, but no later than 90 days from the date of our decision. To submit a request for appeal, click here title your email “Appeal a Decision”.

If you believe your rights have been violated and you are not able to resolve the issue directly with us, you may file a complaint with the Indiana Attorney General’s Office.
