Iowa Privacy Policy

Last Updated: September 4, 2025

This addendum offers supplementary details for those living in Iowa in line with the Iowa Consumer Data Protection Act (ICDPA). Any phrasing in this part carries the definitions set forth in the ICDPA. It does not include data outside the scope of "personal data," such as anonymized or openly available material as described under the ICDPA.

Data Handling and Personalized Marketing

Our company manages personal data to support customized promotions, per the ICDPA's terms, encompassing categories like unique individual indicators, digital behavior records, transaction specifics, and geographic details. This enables us to provide promotions that better fit your preferences.

You can withdraw from these operations through this email, compliance@xendurance.com.

As we receive no financial compensation for sharing your information, our activities do not qualify as a "sale" under the ICDPA.

Sensitive Information

Our practices exclude the handling of individuals' sensitive information.

Your Protections Under ICDPA

The entitlements provided by the ICDPA are summarized below. To initiate a privacy inquiry, access this email, compliance@xendurance.com.

Access Entitlements

You can ascertain if we are managing your personal data and retrieve that information. In automated handling scenarios, you qualify to get a copy in a transferable and practical format that permits sharing with another entity. We will address your inquiry within 90 days, potentially extending by 45 days if needed under reasonable circumstances.

Should you file an access inquiry more than twice over a 12-month span, a nominal charge may apply.

Erasure Entitlements

You may direct us to remove any personal data you have supplied. With some restrictions, we will fully erase it from our systems and notify our vendors to do likewise, though we might keep it if essential for specific lawful reasons.

Data held for these reasons will not undergo further handling for alternative uses.

Safeguard Against Unfair Treatment

Utilizing your ICDPA privacy entitlements will not lead to biased actions from us, like varying costs or reduced service standards.

We will avoid any form of reprisal against you in roles such as staff member, job seeker, or freelance worker for invoking these entitlements.

Withdrawal Privileges

For data transactions: Our operations do not involve selling your personal data, as outlined in the ICDPA.

For personalized marketing: Implement your withdrawal option via compliance@xendurance.com.

For sensitive information: Our activities do not include managing individuals' sensitive information.

Appointed Delegate

You have the option to designate a delegate to handle a withdrawal request for you, possibly via tools like a website link, browser configuration, or device-wide preference. We will honor these if we verify your identity and the delegate's legitimacy to represent you.

Automated Withdrawal Markers

Some browser options let you send an automatic withdrawal marker, such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC), to services you access. On detecting this, we apply a U.S.-focused privacy marker in your browser, prompting compliant third parties to stop monitoring on our site. This withdrawal connects only to your browser's distinct marker, not to profile details, as we cannot link browsers to accounts. GPC functions with particular browsers or add-ons; learn activation steps here.

Verifying Your Inquiry

Upon getting your inquiry, we will cross-reference the supplied details with our holdings. If confirmation is unsuccessful, we may seek further details. Failure to provide more or to confirm through typical approaches might result in denial.

Challenge Procedure

If we opt not to fulfill any privacy inquiry, you can contest that choice within 90 days of our notice. For a challenge submission, use compliance@xendurance.com and note "Appeal a Decision" in the title.

If you suspect a breach of your entitlements and cannot resolve it with us, you may submit a grievance to the Iowa Attorney General's Office.
