Long time user, first time review-er. Though I just wrote a review of Test not working or me, I wanted to counter that with how MUCH I enjoy using Fuel5+. I'm a cyclist, and use the gym seasonally and for super early morning workouts - Fuel5+ is IDEAL. Just enough caffeine to get things moving, long lasting feeling. I normally take it on my long ride days when I leave too early for a breakfast or on hard interval mornings. Again, beats a cup of espresso, and just has a nice gradual pre-workout response. Oh, and I frequently take it immediately after a long ride too to just add a pop of caffeine while I then drink my post-ride recovery drink.
