Simple Protein Pancake Recipe - Using Xendurance Protein

RECIPE: How to Make High Protein Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 2 tablespoons sugar

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 cups coconut milk

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 scoop of Xendurance Protein

  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

DIRECTIONS: Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Whisk together. Slowly whisk egg first, then slowly add your coconut milk. Combine until thick and smooth. Mixture should not be runny, should be thick or "nappe".
