Have tried this for several weeks- I can’t say I feel anything different or wouldn’t know it’s working however I have not fallen ill in that time but wouldn’t know if I’d be subject to anything regardless. Again the dose of 6 a day is a lot.

Improved physical activity.

I have been using this product for several months, and have seen a very positive increase in my physical endurance. When I initially started playing pickle ball, I felt exhausted after 15-20 minutes of play, however, I am now able to play for 45-60 minutes without a break. My flexibility has also improved, which has allowed me to be much more competitive in this fast growing sport. I will be 81 next month and athletics have always been a major part of my life--this product has given me the confidence needed to continue all of my athletic activities (golf, pickle ball, hiking, rowing, etc).
