Thoroughly Convinced

First of all, I am not a runner. I have been running, but I am not a runner. I started running at the beginning of the year in an effort to lose weight, and I felt I was hitting a wall around the 2.5-mile mark. I had kept this up until about May of this year, and I had seen this product many times, but figured, like most products, it was snake oil!

Well, I bit the bullet and purchased it. I figured I would give it a shot and then be done.

Since I started taking it in July, I've been pushing past 5 miles on my runs. I am still working on overcoming the boredom of running, though.

The energy is there, and I feel like I can keep going and going. I don't hit the wall, I am not gassing out, and my speed has increased.

This is a legit product, and I am not even a real athlete.
