What Are The Energy Sources For Fuel-5+?

There are four carbohydrate fuel sources and lactate plus caffeine from natural green tea. Carbohydrate foods are identified as having a significant impact on fuel for your muscles during exercise. If the body doesn’t have enough carbohydrates, protein is broken down to make glucose for energy.
