Love the extreme endurance. The hydros are good, I got the lemon lime I just prefer to use less water to get more taste. Personally not a fan of the taste of the fuel 5+. Haven't tried the protein, creatine, or immune support yet. Overall worth the purchase if you want some or all of these products. This may be dumb but for the package I wish it came with a sticker lol.

One thing I’ve learned from training and coaching is that the issue isn’t training hard, it’s recovering poorly.
I train almost every day, and without proper recovery, I wouldn’t be able to sustain that.
That’s why I use Xendurance products.
Not to feel ‘hyped’, but to perform well today without paying for it tomorrow.
Since using them, I’ve noticed less accumulated fatigue and more consistency in my training.

I started taking Extreme Endurance 6.8.23 and noticed an increase in energy 2 weeks later. I since have ordered the Performance pack and in September added the Focus, noticed more energy on my rides. I take Extreme Endurance & Immune Boost every day. I ride 5 days weekly and on those days I mix Creatine & Hydro in the morning, mix Fuel 5 & Focus in my water bottle I take with me on my rides and after my rides I take Fuel 5 & Protein (taste like strawberry milk shake). I have definitely gotten faster with virtually no leg burn and I don't struggle to get a big breath of air like I used to. At 71 years of age I do take naps after my rides, used to be 3 hours, now only 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Love Xendurance, it's made cycling much more enjoyable and at faster speeds, I ride about 50 miles 5 times weekly.
