I struggle with regularity and have been told this is normal by doctors. It doesn't feel normal to me and the bloating is so uncomfortable. After two weeks of taking this product my body is finally back to regular, which is something I haven't had in years. I've tried so many different fiber drinks, it's never worked! The only that that really works for me is to eat a substantial amount of dark leafy greens and well that's not possible on a day to day basis. Great supplement!
