Felt the changes

After finding out that I had Low Testosterone. After a few days i started that drive again in the Gym, and motivated to be there, I wasn’t fatigued and I felt better physically and Emotionally. I lost weight I’m down about 5 lbs last I checked. Please keep in mind these actors decrease T: stress (including over-exercise), lack of sleep, hormone disruptors (we see a lot in firefighters), obesity (express estrogen/ increased conversion of T to estrogen, certain foods, alcohol, high blood sugar, some medications etc.
