Tip #1: Do Not Settle: Many people are willing to settle and not put in the work that is needed to get the job done to get where you need to be. Do the work needed to get to your end goal. Never settle for less.

Tip #2: Do Everything To The Best of YOUR Ability. Do whatever it takes to check that box off that says “I did this to the best of my ability.

Tip #3: Change what you can! Whatever you can change about what you are doing to get on top - DO THAT. Change what you can and what you cannot move on

Tip #4: Small Goals = Big Goals: Break down your goals into chunks. If you have 5 workouts think about the first one. Don’t think about the days, weeks, months, leading up to your end goal. Just think about what you are doing at that moment.
