Can’t say it enough

This product has helped with the onset of lactic acid. I am a Hyrox athlete, and this helps against the onset of lactic build up and helps with my breathing, and helps me keep the pace!

Better than I realized

I have to be honest. At first, I was pretty skeptical about Xendurance. It’s pricey. And yes, I do the subscription. I already took magnesium supplements, what difference could it possibly make to add a couple of different magnesiums, selenium and few extra ingredients.

But I took (and continue to take) my 3 tablets in the morning and evening like clockwork.

And then I started to see some improvements. My running recovery started to improve. I was able to load up on heavy cardio early in the week and still do my power workout with the trainer the next day.

Then my weight lifting started to improve. I started maxing out at higher weight than before. I have been able to add additional days of weight training.

And then. There’s the kicker. The thing that I know is not a stated additional benefit of Xendurance. I have read in the past that daily supplementation of selenium should help elevated LDL levels. Of which, mine have ALWAYS been high. I watch what I eat, I exercise and still they have been elevated.

This week I got my blood tests back. And for the FIRST TIME in my life, my LDLs are in normal range. (Cholesterol in general is in good range. Just in case you were wondering).

I’ll be honest. I cried. Happy tears of course.

I would recommend this product for the improvement in my training. But the lab test results is a nice added benefit.

Pre- Race day

I have been taking these everyday for more than a year. 3 in the morning and 3 at night. The night before a 5k,10k, or any other race I will take 6. It has helped my overall Endurance tremendously. I have started a subscription now to not only save a little money but to ensure I don't run out!
